The Climbing Academy undoubtedly sets new standards in dedicated bouldering facilities in the UK. The Centre occupies a 15 acre site on the main bus route through Knowle. It opened in 2000 as a hub of community activity including learning, business, support services and leisure. Bristol's Victorian Lido, dating back to 1849, has undergone a major transformation. We have a restaurant, spa and pool. We may be the largest outdoor activity provider in the South West, but our core values have remained constant since we began in 1978

Watersports

Bristol Canoe Club is a club for paddlers in the Bristol area. We are involved in white-water paddling, flatwater racing, polo, plus general leisure. As well as being Bristol's longest-established scuba diving shop, selling a huge selection of scuba gear from many of the world's top manufacturers, it's also a great place to learn to scuba dive! Based on the River Avon at Saltford, between Bristol & Bath, we have a lot to offer both existing and budding sailors.
